Prospective Parents

Thank you for your interest in Strathmore School.

Strathmore school is an outward looking learning community, with an ethos that all of our learners will live as independently as possible as members of their community. As a forward-thinking school we are committed to provide a rich quality of life for every individual, including relationships, rights, responsibilities and access to opportunities.

Strathmore School aims to create a welcome and safe learning environment. By working as a multi-disciplinary team with families and other professionals, we can plan for best practice for pupils during their time at Strathmore. Our small class sizes ensure that all pupils benefit from a highly consistent and supportive approach from all our staff.

Strathmore School has three new purpose built campuses in Ham and Central Twickenham, that we share with inclusive minded mainstream schools. In September 2022, we opened a new one class campus in Sheen also co-located with a mainstream school. In the near future, we have plans to open another purpose built campus in Hampton.  As our school community grows larger, we are constantly creating opportunities for all of our pupils to socialise with each other and build in a rich community visits programme into our curriculum.

We are not expecting any spaces to become available, and so we are not conducting tours, however we want to help you in your journey so are holding an Open Morning in March 2023 to support you.

We are currently oversubscribed and are not able to offer places as we are full and are not expecting any spaces to become available this year.  However, we know that the journey to find a place for your child is not an easy one and if you would like to visit us to learn more about how a special school works then please join us at our Open Morning.  Please note that we won’t be able to have individual conversations about your child.

Our next Open Morning is on Thursday 30th March 2023

We will have 2 events during the Open Morning – one at our primary campus and one at our Secondary Campus.  Please join us for one or both by replying to info@strathmore.org.uk to book your place.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Please note we do not have any spaces at our Russell, SRR and Grey Court Campuses for September 2023.
